Isaac founded Modera after 15+ years designing outdoor environments across San Diego County — from intimate courtyard retreats in North Park to resort-style estates in Rancho Santa Fe.
Born and raised in San Diego, he knows the local climate, terrain, and design landscape inside and out. Modera represents the next evolution of his work: a design studio that pairs world-class design expertise with a carefully vetted network of licensed construction partners.
